Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architectural design and planning for complex projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and design best practices. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes developing concepts, overseeing detailed drawings and documentation, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and guiding design reviews.

The position involves managing project timelines and deliverables, integrating design solutions with relevant technologies, and mentoring junior team members.

Architect will also participate in stakeholder presentations, support business development efforts with technical input, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications

- Robust expertise in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a proven track record delivering mid- to large-scale projects.
- Experience with Software Development and Integration related to architectural workflows, BIM platforms, or design collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Proficiency in relevant design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, 3D modeling software).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
- Thorough knowledge of local building codes, regulatory standards, and sustainable design principles.
- Ability to mentor and guide design teams, with strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in leading projects in the interiors and architecture domain in or around Bengaluru is an advantage.
