Responsible for optimizing website search performance through keyword research, search relevance enhancements, platform configuration, audits, and analytics-driven recommendations across tools such as WordPress, Bloomreach, and Solr. The role involves analyzing site search data, generating performance reports and operational metrics, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading a team to drive continuous improvements in the digital search experience.

Responsibilities

- Analyze website internal search (site search) performance and provide suggestions and strategy for improvements
- Produce site search deliverables such as:
- Keyword research & optimization
- Implementing various rules in search platform to improve search relevance
- Dictionary update, sites search audits
- Working on reports by using tools like adobe analytics, Google Analytics etc.
- Will be working on site search platforms viz. wordpress, Bloomreach, Solr etc.
- Creating weekly reports, presentations and operation metrics on resource utilization, productivity etc.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years in Site Search/SEO (Wordpress, Bloomreach, Coveo, etc)
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be internet savvy and able to navigate websites easily
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Should be proficient in Reporting and Analysis
- Good logical aptitude and ability to research on its own
- Must have team management experience
