The role
We are looking for a Senior Amazon Marketplace Executive to run Amazon UK end to end for our private label supplement and healthcare brands. You will own everything from product launch to daily account management: listings, A+ content, brand store, advertising, inventory, pricing, reviews and account health, and be accountable for revenue and profitability on the channel.
This is a hands on senior role for someone who has built and grown private label health brands on Amazon UK before. You need to already know how supplements and healthcare products sell there, including the category approvals, restricted claims and compliance checks that apply, and how to scale a brand without putting the account at risk.
What you will do
- Own Amazon UK strategy, targets and P&L; for our private label brands
- Launch recent private label products end to end: listing setup, keyword research, imagery, A+ content, pricing, launch ads and review generation
- Create and optimise listings, A+ content, brand stores and imagery to maximise conversion and rank
- Plan and run Amazon Ads campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands and Display), managing ACoS and TACoS against targets
- Manage FBA inventory, forecasting, replenishment and stock health to avoid stockouts and storage fees
- Handle Brand Registry, category approvals, restricted product ungating and compliance for supplements and healthcare products
- Monitor account health, resolve listing suppressions and policy issues, and manage cases with Seller Support
- Track Buy Box, pricing, competitor activity and reviews, and act on them
- Ensure all product claims comply with MHRA, ASA and Amazon health category rules
- Build weekly reporting on sales, ads, margin and inventory, and use it to drive decisions
- Work with content and design teams on listing assets, packaging and launches
- Support expansion into new Amazon marketplaces
What you need
- 5+ years running Amazon seller accounts, with at least 5 years on Amazon UK for a pharmacy, healthcare or supplement brand
- Proven experience running private label products end to end on Amazon, from launch through to scale
- Proven track record of growing Amazon revenue and margin, with numbers to show for it
- Hands on experience with Seller Central, FBA, Brand Registry, A+ content and brand stores
- Hands on experience planning and running Amazon Ads and managing ACoS and TACoS
- Experience with category approvals, ungating and compliance for health products on Amazon UK
- Strong understanding of MHRA and ASA rules for health and supplement claims
- Confident with Helium 10, Jungle Scout or similar tools, and strong in Excel or Sheets
- Excellent written and spoken English, and able to work regular overlap on UK hours
Nice to have
- Experience selling OTC medicines or pharmacy products on Amazon UK
- Experience with Amazon EU marketplaces
- Experience with Shopify and multichannel inventory tools
- Experience with packaging, labelling and supplier coordination for private label products
