? Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Senior AI / ML Engineer to design and build enterprise-grade AI automation platforms and intelligent workflows for Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Python backend development, workflow orchestration, AI agent frameworks, LLMs, cloud-native architecture, enterprise integrations, and AI Ops.

This role involves building scalable AI solutions, providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop AI-driven automation platforms and intelligent workflows.
- Build scalable Python backend services, REST APIs, microservices and asynchronous processing.
- Design workflow orchestration using Temporal or equivalent workflow engines.
- Develop AI Agents using modern LLM frameworks and AWS AI services.
- Integrate Python services with C#/.NET applications, enterprise systems and external APIs.
- Design secure, scalable, stateful/stateless and event-driven architectures.
- Implement OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC/ABAC and API security.
- Develop AI-powered healthcare workflows covering RCM, claims, enrollment, payer/provider integrations and document automation.
- Build Full Stack AI applications integrating backend APIs, workflow services, AI orchestration and frontend applications.
- Implement AI Ops, monitoring,



observability, model evaluation and production support.
- Drive CI/CD, code quality, documentation, engineering standards and technical mentoring.
