? CRUCIAL REQUIREMENT – MUST HAVE

? Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications and AI agents — MUST HAVE

Candidates should have practical experience taking AI/LLM capabilities beyond experimentation and integrating them into real-world applications or production systems.

You must also have

✅ 4+ years of software engineering, backend engineering, or applied AI experience

✅ Strong Java and/or Python programming skills

✅ Hands-on LLM integration experience

✅ Experience building AI agents, agentic workflows, or multi-step orchestration systems

✅ Experience with MCP or similar tool/integration patterns

✅ Strong understanding of APIs, system design, distributed systems, and production engineering

✅ Knowledge of prompt design, context management, tool calling, memory, and AI evaluation

✅ Robust ownership and problem-solving skills

✅ Ability to work effectively in fast-paced delivery environments

✅ Upper-intermediate English

- Design scalable patterns for AI agent development and deployment
- Investigate production issues and improve AI system quality and observability
- Optimize AI workflows for performance, reliability, and cost
- Participate in code reviews, experimentation, release support, and incident resolution




- Create technical documentation and contribute to AI engineering best practices
