Responsibilities

- Design and build the agent runtime and orchestration engine from scratch.

- Own agent loops, tool execution, context management, and state handling.

- Build durable execution systems that remain reliable under retries, failures, and partial outages.

- Design scalable multi-tenant infrastructure capable of supporting thousands of tenants.

- Build governance and product surfaces using Next.js / TypeScript.

- Integrate directly with model providers and build reliable streaming, routing, and fallback mechanisms.

- Establish systems for agent evaluation, tracing, guardrails, and observability.

- Design secure agent execution with appropriate tool permissions and sandboxing.

- Own systems end-to-end, from architecture and implementation through production operations.





- Join an early-stage team building an AI operator that executes real business workflows end-to-end across Sales, Marketing, HR, and Legal.

- You ll build the core agent infrastructure from first principles-without relying on frameworks like LangChain-and own critical systems spanning agent orchestration, multi-tenant SaaS, workflow execution, and governance.

- This is a hands-on full-stack engineering role for someone who enjoys solving hard problems around agent reliability, distributed systems, concurrency, and failure handling.
