Work that you would be part of
Build GenAI systems that run in production, not POCs RAG pipelines, intelligent document processing, and AI-powered workflows on Bedrock, SageMaker, and beyond, deployed for enterprise clients in regulated environments where accuracy, security, and auditability actually matter
Build on and contribute to our enterprise AI platform layer including model gateways, centralized guardrails, cost controls and agentic orchestration accelerators. The reusable patterns and evaluation frameworks you build will become part of the platform used across engagements.
Work in an AI-native engineering team we use AI-assisted development and MCP-based tooling day to day, so you will be shipping software the way contemporary engineering teams increasingly do
What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong Python skills
- Strong hands-on AWS experience, particularly serverless architectures: Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Step Functions, EventBridge, S3
- Production GenAI experience: Bedrock, SageMaker, or equivalent; embeddings, vector stores (OpenSearch/pgvector/Pinecone), RAG pipelines, prompt engineering
- IaC fluency (CDK or Terraform) and solid CI/CD practices
- Nice to have: AWS certification, fine-tuning exposure, agentic frameworks
