Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Senior AI Developer with 6–7 years of experience in software development and solid hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, Vector Databases, and Agentic AI. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Python and experience building production-ready AI solutions involving LLMs, embedding models, vector search, multi agent orchestration, MCP, tool calling, and RAG pipelines. Knowledge of the Trading/Financial domain is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities  Design, develop, and deploy AI/GenAI applications using Python and LLM technologies.  Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.  Work with embedding models and vector databases to implement semantic search and knowledge retrieval solutions.  Design and develop multi-agent AI systems using agent orchestration frameworks and patterns.  Implement MCP (Model Context Protocol), tool calling, and function calling to enable LLMs to interact with external tools, APIs, and data sources.  Integrate and work with various LLM models and APIs.  Develop scalable AI workflows that combine LLMs, retrieval systems, tools, and autonomous agents.  Evaluate and improve model responses, accuracy, relevance, latency, and overall system performance.  Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into applications.  Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.  Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI applications in production environments.  Follow best practices for security, scalability, monitoring, testing, and deployment of AI solutions.

Skills  6–7 years of overall software development experience  Strong hands-on experience with Python  Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs)  Strong understanding of Embedding Models  Hands-on experience with Vector Databases  Experience developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications  Experience with Multi-Agent Orchestration / Agentic AI  Hands-on knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol)  Experience with Tool Calling / Function Calling  Good understanding of LLM application architecture and AI workflows  Knowledge/experience in Trading or Financial domain is highly preferred Good to Have / Optional Skills  JavaScript  DBMS / SQL  Caching technologies  Docker / containerization  AWS S3 / Cloudflare R2 or similar object storage  REST APIs / backend development  Cloud platforms and AI deployment Preferred Candidate Profile  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.  Experience building production-grade GenAI applications, not just POCs.  Good understanding of LLM limitations, prompt engineering, retrieval, grounding, and evaluation.  Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  Exposure to financial markets, trading systems, capital markets, or related financial applications will be an advantage.

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
