Role & responsibilities To be successful in this role, you must have the following

1. Self-motivated, collaborative and strong team player

1. Willingness to travel (India/global) and work from office at least 3 days per week
2. 10+ years of business consulting or advisory experience, with proven delivery of strategy and

transformation engagements in AI, Automation, and Data
- Working knowledge of Generative AI, Conversational AI, Responsible AI and Agentic

AI is highly desirable
1. Solid understanding of Lifesciences industry value chain (e.g., R&D;, clinical trials,

manufacturing, regulatory, commercial) and at least one functional domain
1. Experience in program management, product management,



and stakeholder engagement,

with a track record of managing large-scale transformation programs
1. Familiarity with PMO structures, governance frameworks, and delivery assurance

mechanisms
1. Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into AI/Data-driven solutions, including

defining AI roadmaps, identifying high-value use cases, building business cases, and driving adoption of enterprise AI platforms (including GenAI and Agentic AI)
1. Experience in bridging business and technical teams to operationalize AI solutions and drive

measurable business outcomes in Lifesciences
