Triveni Enterprises is a growing organisation operating in the steel and allied sectors. We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead our complete Accounts & Finance function and ensure strong financial management, compliance, reporting and internal controls.

Role Overview The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's complete accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, audits and financial controls, along with the ability to independently manage the Accounts team and work closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete Accounts & Finance function.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting, ledger scrutiny, receivables, payables and bank transactions.
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing.
- Prepare and review MIS, P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports for management.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI and other statutory compliances.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants and other external professionals.
- Manage statutory, internal and tax audits.




- Monitor customer outstanding, vendor payments and working capital.
- Ensure regular bank, customer, vendor and GST reconciliations.
- Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
- Lead, supervise and develop the Accounts team.
- Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Drive improvements in accounting processes, reporting and ERP utilisation.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance and Taxation.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS and Income Tax.
- Strong MIS and financial reporting skills.
- Experience in handling audits independently.
- Good understanding of working capital and cash-flow management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership and team-management skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and interact confidently with senior management.
