- Analysis

- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).

- Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from budgets.

- Maintain compliance with accounting standards (Ind-AS/IFRS).

- Provide insights for management decision-making.

Budget

Planning &

- Control

- Develop annual and quarterly budgets aligned with organizational goals.

- Monitor budget utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Ensure financial discipline across departments.

- Report on budget variances and corrective actions.

3.Internal Controls &

- Compliance

- Implement and monitor internal financial controls.

- Ensure compliance with tax laws, statutory filings, and audit requirements.

- Coordinate with auditors for internal/external audits.

- Prevent fraud through robust control mechanisms.

Accounts

Payable &

- Receivable

- Oversee vendor payments and ensure timely disbursements.





- Manage collections from clients/customers to maintain healthy cash flow.

- Reconcile accounts receivable/payable ledgers.

- Handle disputes and ensure transparent communication.

5.Cash &

- Treasury Management

- Optimize cash flow management.

- Manage banking relationships and negotiate credit facilities.

- Ensure liquidity planning for operational needs.

- Oversee investment of surplus funds.

6.Team Leadership &

- Stakeholder Coordination

- Lead the accounts team with transparent delegation and performance monitoring.

- Coordinate with management, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

- Train staff on accounting practices and compliance updates.

- Ensure smooth inter-departmental financial communication.

7.Tenders &

- Government Schemes Scouting

- Check for Government tenders and map eligibility with organizational goals.

- Prepare relevant documents.
