We are hiring a Senior Accounts Manager to oversee end-to-end accounts and financial operations across retail stores. The role involves sales reconciliation, ledger management, stock audits, MIS reporting, petty cash control, and ensuring financial compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor sales vs collections and reconcile store-wise ledgers.
- Manage bank reconciliation, petty cash, and store expenses.
- Conduct stock audits and ensure financial compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports on sales, collections, and inventory variance.
- Coordinate with stores on POS, ERP, billing systems, and financial controls.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8+ years of experience in Retail Accounts & Finance.
- Solid knowledge of ledger reconciliation, audits, and MIS.
- Proficient in MS Excel, ERP, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and team management skills.
