Job Title: Senior Accounts Executive

Department: Finance & Accounts

Location: Brigade Road, Bengaluru

Role purpose The Accounts Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate outlet-level financial records, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments, supporting daily revenue reconciliation, assisting in stock and cost control, and preparing management reports for the brewpub and club kitchen operation.

Reporting structure The role typically reports to the Head Of Operations / Accounts Manager, and works closely with the Outlet Manager, Purchase Team, Kitchen Team, Bar Team, and Operations Team for billing, settlements, stock movement, and expense approvals.

Key responsibilities

- Record all accounting entries in Tally/ERP on a daily basis, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile POS collections with cash, UPI, card, online aggregators, and bank settlements.
- Verify vendor bills against purchase orders, GRNs, and approval before booking payments.
- Maintain accounts payable and coordinate timely vendor payments.
- Track receivables, corporate bills, event bills, and overdue follow-up where applicable.
- Support stock reconciliation for food, beverage, bar, and consumables.
- GST return filling, TDS payment calculation. and Petty Cash handling
- Assist in food and beverage cost monitoring and variance analysis.
- Prepare bank reconciliation statements and assist with ledger scrutiny.
- Support month-end closing, audit preparation, and documentation filing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.Authority and accountability





The Accounts Executive should have authority to:
- Raise discrepancies in bills, settlements, and stock mismatches.
- Hold payment processing where documents or approvals are incomplete.
- Request corrections from purchase, operations, or vendor teams.

The role is accountable for:
- Accuracy of accounting entries.
- Timely reconciliations.
- Proper control over outlet expenses.
- On-time submission of reports and closing activities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance,
- Working knowledge of Tally / ERP systems.
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles and outlet-level controls.t

Experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in hospitality accounts, F&B; accounting, Restaurant accounts, or Hotel accounts is preferred.
- Experience in brewpub, club, Restaurant, or Hotel operations is an added advantage.
- Exposure to stock-linked accounting, POS reconciliation, and vendor management is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
