About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant with strong experience in GST, TDS, e-commerce accounting, reconciliation, MIS, and financial reporting. D2C, fashion, retail, or e-commerce experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily accounting, B2B/B2C billing, sales, purchases, and expenses.

· Handle GST reconciliation & return filing and TDS reconciliation & return filing.

· Manage bank, customer, vendor, sales, purchase, and payment gateway reconciliation.

· Track e-commerce settlements, refunds, returns, commissions, and payment gateway deductions.

· Handle billing and reconciliation for Meta/Facebook, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms.

· Monitor receivables, payables, ageing, and overdue payments.

· Prepare MIS, sales, collection, ageing, and financial reports.

· Identify and resolve discrepancies with clients, vendors, payment gateways,



and internal teams.

· Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external parties for accounting matters.

· Supervise and review the accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, reconciliation, and e-commerce accounting.

· Positive understanding of AR/AP, settlements, billing, and financial reporting.

· Advanced MS Excel: VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF/SUMIFS, data analysis & MIS.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Experience with accounting software/ERP is preferred.

Preferred

· 3+ years relevant experience.

· Experience in D2C / E-commerce / Fashion / Retail.

· Hands-on experience with GST, TDS, payment gateways, B2B/B2C billing, MIS, and reconciliations.
