Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Accountant to manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, and support business decision-making. The role requires strong expertise in Tally Prime, taxation, and financial reporting, preferably with manufacturing experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning &
- Reporting: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements; analyze variances and performance
- Accounting &
- Compliance: Maintain books of accounts and ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other regulations
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and working capital
- Audit &
- Controls: Implement internal controls and coordinate with auditors
- Banking &
- Treasury: Manage banking operations, credit facilities, and payments
- MIS &
- Analysis: Generate MIS reports and provide financial insights to management
- Team Management: Supervise accounts team and ensure timely task completion
- Vendor &
- Customer Management: Oversee payments, collections, and credit control
- Costing &
- Profitability: Perform product costing, pricing support, and margin analysis
- Inventory &
- Assets: Monitor inventory valuation and fixed asset accounting
- Payroll Management: Process payroll, ensure statutory compliance, and handle employee reimbursements.

System &

- Process Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Tally Prime / ERP systems
- Handle manufacturing accounting (BOM, production, costing)
- Verify sales and purchase invoices with GST compliance




- Manage e-commerce accounting and reconciliations
- Support new product setup (HSN, GST, pricing)
- Implement SOPs, automation, and process improvements

Qualifications &

Experience

- B.Com/M.com (CA Inter / CMA preferred)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and compliance
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Manufacturing industry experience preferred
