Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 8+ years of experience to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, banking activities, and ERP-based financial management. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, statutory compliance, financial statements, and reconciliation processes while ensuring accuracy and timely closure of accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L;) Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
- Maintain and review Account Statements, General Ledger, and accounting records.
- Handle banking operations, including payments, receipts, and fund management.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure accurate accounting entries and month-end/year-end financial closing.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ledger reconciliations.
- Work extensively on ERP systems for accounting transactions and financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.




- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and statutory regulations.
- Support management by preparing financial reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in preparing P&L;, Balance Sheet, and Financial Statements.
- Expertise in Banking Operations and Bank Reconciliation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally ERP, ERPNext, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Account Reconciliation.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Educational Qualification

Mandatory:

- B.Com

Preferred:

- M.Com
- MBA (Finance)
- CA (Inter)

Preferred Experience

- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or process industries will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP implementation or migration projects is desirable.
