Role Description The Senior Accountant role at Délmarin is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

The Senior

Accountant will oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Daily tasks include monitoring cash flow, managing payables and receivables, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with internal teams on cost tracking and financial analysis. The role also involves strengthening internal controls, assisting with audits,



and providing clear financial insights to support decision-making in a growing skincare brand environment.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end closing processes.
- Proficiency with accounting software and spreadsheets (e.g., ERP systems, Excel) for data management and analysis.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
- Ability to manage payables, receivables, cash flow, and general ledger activities with attention to detail.
- Understanding of tax compliance, audits, and internal controls within a corporate or SME environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Clear and professional communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; skilled certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA equivalent) is an advantage.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer goods company is beneficial, especially in cost and inventory accounting.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
