We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Professional who can independently manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and day-to-day finance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accounts and financial status of multiple Private Limited Companies.
- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Manage GST filing, compliance, and related matters.
- Handle TDS calculation, filing, and compliance.
- Manage employee statutory compliances.
- Handle company statutory compliances and related documentation.
- Coordinate closely with Auditors and Chartered Accountants.
- Maintain and manage accounts using Tally.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and accounting records.
- Monitor financial transactions, records, and compliance requirements.
- Identify and coordinate applicable Government schemes, perks, and incentives.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance activities.
- Take complete ownership of accounts and finance-related responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience in an Audit Firm / Chartered Accountant Firm.
- Strong practical knowledge of accounting and finance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally.
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS compliance.
- Experience handling statutory compliances for companies and employees.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with Auditors and CAs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently manage multiple company accounts and compliance requirements.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
