- ABOUT US
- Akrivis Vertical Solutions Pvt Ltd (AVS Lifts) manufactures sheet metal elevator components in Hyderabad. The group has two entities, a Pvt Ltd manufacturing company and an LLP trading company that buys from it, with inter-company transactions between them. The founder wants clean, current books, compliance filed before due dates, and a monthly MIS he can trust. This is not a data-entry role; a junior accountant reports to you for that.

- THE ROLE
- Own accounting and compliance for both entities end to end, supervise the junior accountant, and give the founder the numbers he needs to run the business. You report directly to the founder.

- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete accounting in Tally Prime for both entities: purchases, sales, job work, expenses, inter-company invoicing, fixed assets and closing entries.

- GST: monthly GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, annual GSTR-9/9C, ITC reconciliation with GSTR-2B, e-invoicing, e-way bills, job-work returns (ITC-04), and replying to notices with our CA.

- TDS: correct deduction, monthly payment, quarterly returns (24Q/26Q), Form 16/16A, TRACES.

- Payroll and statutory: salary processing, PF, ESI, Qualified Tax, contract labour compliance records.

- Imports: customs duty and IGST credit, forex payments and bank documentation for import purchases.

- Receivables: track customer outstanding, send statements, follow up. Collections matter here.

- Payables: vendor bill booking, payment scheduling, MSME payment timelines, vendor reconciliations.

- Weekly bank and cash reconciliation; petty cash control.





- Inventory and costing: coordinate with production on stock valuation and build per-order costing (material plus conversion) as our MES matures.

- Monthly MIS: P&L;, cash flow, receivables and payables ageing, GST liability, cost per order.

- Audit and filings: statutory audit, tax audit, ROC and LLP annual filings in coordination with our CA and CS.

- Supervise and train the junior accountant; review their entries.

- REQUIREMENTS
- 5 to 8 years in accounting, at least 3 in a manufacturing company (sheet metal, engineering or auto components ideal). You know job work, scrap sales, capital goods ITC, inter-state supplies and inter-company transactions.

- Tally Prime expert. Comfortable on the GST and TRACES portals without hand-holding.

- Strong Excel: pivots, XLOOKUP, reconciliations.

- Organised and deadline-driven: returns filed before due dates, not after notices.

- B.Com / M.Com. CA Inter or CMA Inter is a plus.

- Telugu and English; Hindi is a plus.

- Plus points: import accounting experience;

experience with an ERP or with migrating from Tally to a system (we are digitising).

- WHAT WE OFFER
- Full ownership of finance for two entities, reporting directly to the founder.

- 40,000 to 60,000 per month (5 to 7 LPA) depending on experience and qualification.
