We are seeking a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS) to join our legal and compliance team. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and demonstrate hands-on experience in secretarial compliance, ROC filings, and RBI compliances. The candidate must have excellent drafting skills and be proficient in MS Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and related statutory obligations.
- Prepare and file ROC forms and other statutory documents in compliance with MCA requirements.
- Assist in conducting and documenting Board Meetings, AGMs, and other committee meetings.
- Draft resolutions, notices, minutes, reports, and other secretarial documents.
- Handle RBI compliance.
- Maintain statutory registers and update records as per legal requirements.
- Provide assistance in audits, due diligence, and other regulatory filings.
Key Requirements:
- Semi-qualified CS (Completed Executive level and pursuing/provisionally passed Professional level).
- In-depth knowledge of Company Law, Secretarial Standards, and Compliance practices.
- Prior experience in ROC filings and handling corporate legal compliance.
- Familiarity with RBI compliances.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or work experience in a corporate legal/secretarial department.
- Exposure to corporate governance and compliance.
