Job Aim:

Security Lead will be responsible for managing Security function for PAN India locations of TRIL. Should help the organization to achieve goals towards Standardization and would be working closely with the AD and other functional Leads EHS/Projects /Technical at various levels .

RESPONSIBILITIES/

· Security Lead is responsible for the management of Security and Safety in a cost-effective manner for the entire portfolio. The Security Lead must coordinate with the respective Service Providers and ensure highest level of safe working setting inside all the Premises. Security Manager is also responsible for preparation and implementation of procedures with respect to Safety to ensure best protected practices to protect the building and the employees inside the building premises

· Establish standard operating procedure pertaining to the function and deploy them for strict follow up

· Ensuring adherence to the schedules by overseeing the respective Service Provider’s activities and reports to Facility Manager.

· Identifying recurrent problems and resolving them.

· Checking and certifying the bills submitted by the Security Service Providers and forwarding the same Client through Property Manager for Payment.

· Implement and manage physical security standards,

· Implement emergency preparedness programs and contingency planning in case of a crisis situation.

· Identify significant security risks, design,



and implement strategies and programs to prevent/reduce loss of organization assets and advice Client on the same.

· Work with building management team in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining technical security processes.

· Implement risk reduction through increased security awareness and site security, operations and activities to ensure protection of assets.

· Address any potential security concerns, conduct regular security assessments/ surveys and provide direction/suggestion to Client for improvement to keep in line with the global security standards.

· Maintain a professional and ethical environment in full compliance with Client security practice, regulations, policies and procedures to ensure that staff members are protected.

· Understand and implement compliance with security practice, regulation, policies and procedures.

· The contractor shall ensure that the guards are provided ongoing training to keep the guarding standards in-line with the Client professional standards expected. The Client management will be kept informed of these training programs at all times.

· Coordinating training to security & safety teams.

· Preparing and implementing site specific security and safety procedures.

· Conducting fire audits.

· Conducting emergency evacuation drills for each individual block.

· Coordinating with the occupants for their mock drills, as and when required.

· Visitor management.

· Maintaining vehicle movement and lost/found property register.

· Maintaining Incident reports.

· Preparing and implementing safety regulations and monitoring adherence.

· Coordinating training to security & safety teams

· Supporting Property Manager in the respective functional areas

· Submission of all routine reports like, daily, weekly, monthly and QBR’s and furnishing all adhoc technical data required by cluster head/ property manager time to time
