Your Task

The Senior Consultant, Audit & Compliance is a global role accountable for supporting all processes and activities that ensure a limited number of audit-related findings and non-compliances. This involves managing internal audits, penetration tests, and annual assurance reports, including ISAE 3000, 3402, and SOC2 Type 2. The role involves supporting a significant volume of internal and external audits, currently numbering around 15, some of which may cover the same controls as assurance audits but require different evidence.

Responsibilities

- Provide and coordinate Audit & Compliance related records, backlogs, and support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Serve as the Audit squad representative in relevant meetings as required.
- Propose and manage control framework elements that align with customer requirements.
- Execute annual assurance plans with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful, timely, and quality delivery of all agreed elements.
- Proactively support a system of internal audits and measurements to ensure all requirements are met throughout the audit year.
- Monitor and follow up on relevant Critical Service Levels (CSL), Key Measures (KM), and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to ensure corrective measures are taken.
- Support Critical Service Levels to close audit findings in a timely manner.
- Support Key Measures specifically for Security Awareness Training.
- Coordinate audit processes to ensure the successful closure of all customer-requested audits and regulatory assurance audits.
- Communicate with relevant parties and stakeholders regarding audit details, schedules, responsibilities, and findings.
- Interpret audit requests for service lines to minimize business process interruption within delivery units.
- Document remediation activities by uploading internal and external audit results to the Jira tool and providing access to internal stakeholders.




- Write required sections of draft assurance reports that cannot be delivered by external auditors.
- Escalate activities that require management decisions and action.

Your Profile

We are seeking a Senior Consultant, Audit & Compliance with a strong background in IT security audits, professional certification in auditing, and expert knowledge of global compliance programs and frameworks.

Must Have Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Professional certification in CISA or CISSP
- Experience with complex IT Security audits and/or compliance projects
- Experience performing compliance audits (e.g., SOx, PCI-DSS, etc.) and managing outcomes
- Expert knowledge in implementing ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, SOC1, and SOC2 compliance programs
- Knowledge of IT security environments (e.g., ISO 27002, CoBIT, ITIL, etc.)
- Written and oral communication skills in English
- Highly developed organization and time management skills
- Ability to make and understand the impact of complex prioritization decisions under pressure
- Ability to provide training to new team members
- High performance team player who leads through example and education
- Flexibility and ability to work in a changing environment, specifically with virtual teams across organizational and geographical boundaries
- Ability to manage stress and work under pressure
- Commitment to continuous learning and searching for new knowledge
- Objective and open-minded approach to evaluating new ideas or possibilities

- Strong focus on compliance and achieving "no red audit" findings
- Understanding of the global business environment
