- Maintenance Planning: Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for the rotary kiln, drive assemblies, support rollers, tires, and clinker coolers.
- Equipment Monitoring: Check mechanical parameters regularly, including shell temperature, shell ovality, roller alignment, and gear backlash.
- Shutdown Management: Lead major yearly overhauls, refractory lining replacement coordination, and mechanical erections during plant shutdowns.
- Cost & Inventory Control: Manage spare parts inventory, track repair costs, and use SAP (ERP) modules for maintenance tracking.
- Safety Compliance: Follow strict safety rules, use safety gear, and maintain 5S and IMS (Integrated Management System) standards on the shop floor.
- Team Coordination: Direct shift mechanics, technicians, and external contractors to solve equipment problems quickly and safely.
