Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves conducting keyword research, performing on-page SEO optimization, and carrying out regular SEO audits to improve website performance and search rankings.

The individual will manage link-building activities, monitor website analytics, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.



The role also includes coordinating with the content and marketing teams to align SEO strategies with overall digital and social media marketing initiatives. The SEO Executive is expected to stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure continuous improvement in organic visibility.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct effective Keyword Research and analyze search trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page SEO techniques, including meta tags, content optimization, and site structure improvements.
- Experience in Link Building, outreach, and managing backlinks to enhance domain authority.
- Skill in performing comprehensive SEO Audits and using insights to drive technical and content-related improvements.
- Understanding of Social Media Marketing and its integration with SEO strategies.
- Proficiency with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools).
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in office in a fast-paced construction-related business environment.
