About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven SEO Specialist to manage and optimise the online presence of an Australian-based client. The role involves conducting keyword research, implementing on-page and technical SEO strategies, monitoring search performance, and developing strategies to increase organic traffic, search rankings, and online visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search performance.
- Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform on-page and technical SEO including meta titles, descriptions, headings, internal linking, site structure, and website optimisation.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and optimise SEO-friendly content in collaboration with the content team.
Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
Analyse competitors and identify new SEO opportunities.
Implement effective link-building and off-page SEO strategies.
Monitor Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools.
Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates and current SEO best practices.
Prepare regular SEO reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in SEO / Digital Marketing.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO platforms.
Good understanding of keyword research and SEO content optimisation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple SEO projects.
