Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies, Jira, Agile delivery, and software development environments .

Experience working in Web / eCommerce environments is highly preferred. The candidate should have excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate and support Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives using Jira.
- Guide and coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles and best practices .
- Create an setting that promotes accountability, collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement .
- Identify, track, and help resolve impediments, risks, blockers, and external dependencies .
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Agile Delivery teams to ensure effective delivery.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile delivery practices, processes, and execution .
- Monitor Agile delivery metrics and use data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement .
- Ensure teams follow established Agile frameworks, processes, and guidelines.
- Support teams in improving velocity, predictability, quality, and overall delivery effectiveness .




- Manage and coordinate multiple solution requests and priorities across different business functions such as Marketing, Design, Sales, Supply Chain, and eCommerce .
- Encourage effective communication and collaboration across geographically distributed teams.
- Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools and AI Agents that improve Agile delivery activities, including Jira feature decomposition and detailed user story creation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on/direct experience as a Scrum Master .
- Strong experience working with software development or software delivery teams .
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies .
- Experience with SAFe or other scaled Agile frameworks .
- Hands-on experience with Jira .
- Strong understanding of Agile ceremonies, roles, processes, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills .
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience driving continuous improvement using Agile metrics and KPIs .
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in Web, eCommerce, Digital Commerce, or online retail environments .
- Experience supporting customer-facing digital products or platforms.
- Experience working with AI Agents, Generative AI, or AI-enabled Agile tools .
- Experience using AI to support Jira feature decomposition, user story creation, backlog management, or Agile delivery .
- Experience working with distributed/global teams.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook .
