Role: Scrum Master ### Experience: 3–6 Years ## About the Role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and support high-performing teams in delivering business value. The ideal candidate will drive Agile best practices, remove impediments, and foster collaboration between stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams. ## Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

- Coach teams on Scrum principles, Agile values, and continuous improvement practices.

- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog readiness and prioritization.

- Identify and remove impediments impacting team productivity and delivery.

- Track sprint progress, team velocity, burndown metrics, and other Agile KPIs.

- Promote collaboration and effective communication across cross-functional teams.

- Support release planning and coordinate dependencies across teams.

- Ensure adherence to Agile processes and organizational standards.

- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and provide regular status updates.





- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and delivery outcomes. ## Required Skills Experience

- 3–6 years of overall IT experience with experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile professional.

- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing Agile delivery metrics.

- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.

- Robust problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. ## Good to Have

- Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe.

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD environments.

- Experience supporting multiple Agile teams.
