Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Science Teacher to teach Secondary and Senior Secondary students through engaging online classes. The teacher will be responsible for delivering concept-based instruction, strengthening students' academic foundations, resolving doubts, conducting regular assessments, and preparing students for school examinations.

The ideal candidate should be confident in teaching students across CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and other relevant Indian/international curricula, with the ability to simplify complex scientific concepts and adapt teaching strategies according to individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct engaging and interactive one-to-one/online Science classes as per the scheduled timetable.
2. Teach Secondary and Senior Secondary Science concepts in accordance with the student's curriculum and academic requirements.
3. Develop strong conceptual understanding through transparent explanations, examples, applications, and problem-solving.
4. Prepare students for school assessments, examinations, competitive academic requirements, and other evaluations where applicable.
5. Assign, review, and evaluate homework, worksheets, assignments, and practice questions..
6. Share relevant study materials, notes, practice resources,



and revision material.
7. Participate in scheduled parent-teacher meetings and provide meaningful academic feedback..

Subject Expertise Candidates should have strong conceptual knowledge of relevant Secondary and Senior Secondary Science topics, including, where applicable

Physics

Chemistry

Biology

Scientific reasoning and applications

Numerical/problem-solving-based Science concepts

Practical and application-oriented concepts

Board-specific syllabus and examination patterns

Required Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a relevant subject.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong teaching, explanation, and student-engagement skills.
4. Ability to teach students from different academic backgrounds and curricula.
5. Prior teaching/tutoring experience is preferred.

Technical Requirements
1. Personal laptop/desktop suitable for conducting online classes.
2. Stable and reliable internet connection.
3. Functional webcam and microphone/headset.
4. Comfortable working with digital learning resources and sharing educational materials.
