Role Description This is a full time, on-site Science Teacher role based in Patna, focused on Bihar Board curriculum for Classes 8–10.

The Science

Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and related scientific concepts aligned with Bihar Board standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting classroom sessions, assigning and checking homework, and assessing student performance through tests and examinations. The teacher will provide academic guidance, clarify doubts,



and offer mentorship to support students’ exam preparation and overall learning outcomes.

Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with other educators, participating in training sessions, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting parent or guardian communication when needed.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Science Education expertise, with the ability to teach core concepts clearly to Bihar Board students.
- Candidates should possess subject knowledge in Physics and Mathematics relevant to Classes 8–10 and Bihar Board syllabus.
- Candidates should possess Qualified Teacher credentials, with experience in Lesson Planning and classroom delivery.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and classroom management skills, with the ability to engage and motivate rural learners.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Bihar Board examination patterns, student assessment methods, and exam-oriented preparation strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Education, or a related field is strongly preferred, along with prior teaching experience at the school level.
- Comfort with basic educational technology and willingness to integrate digital tools and learning materials into classroom teaching is beneficial.
