Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented School Outreach & Marketing Executive to build and strengthen relationships with schools, educators, tuition centres, and other educational institutions. The role involves school visits, conducting outreach activities, organizing seminars and career counselling sessions, generating leads, and promoting PRATHAM's academic programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and educational institutions to develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with school principals, coordinators, teachers, counsellors, and management.
- Identify and establish school tie-ups and institutional partnerships for PRATHAM's programs.
- Plan and execute school outreach activities, seminars, workshops, career counselling sessions, and student engagement programs.
- Coordinate with schools for permissions, event scheduling, student participation, and other logistics.
- Promote PRATHAM's courses, entrance exam preparation programs, workshops, and other academic initiatives.
- Generate quality student/parent leads through school visits, events, campaigns, references, and other outreach activities.
- Follow up on leads generated through outreach activities and coordinate with the counselling/sales team for conversions.




- Achieve assigned targets related to school visits, seminars, leads, tie-ups, enrolments, and revenue.
- Maintain regular MIS and reports covering school visits, meetings, leads, events, and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify new schools, institutions, and potential outreach opportunities.
- Coordinate with the marketing, counselling, and academic teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns.
- Represent PRATHAM professionally during school meetings, events, seminars, and promotional activities.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in school outreach, education sales, field marketing, business development, counselling, or a related role.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
