About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and visionary School Head to provide strategic leadership and oversee the overall academic, administrative, operational, and growth functions of the school. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership capabilities, a passion for education, and the ability to build a high-performing school culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall leadership and direction to the school in alignment with the organisation’s vision, mission, and values.
- Oversee academic planning, curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of school policies, systems, processes, and standards.
- Monitor student discipline, safety, wellbeing, and overall development.
- Build solid and positive relationships with parents, students, teachers, and other stakeholders.
- Drive parent engagement and ensure timely resolution of concerns and grievances.
- Oversee day-to-day school operations, administration, infrastructure, and resource management.
- Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to support student admissions, retention, and school growth.




- Analyse academic and operational performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Organise and oversee school events, activities, celebrations, and parent engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable education regulations and school standards.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, inclusive, and performance-oriented school environment.
- Represent the school professionally at external forums and with key stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to senior management on school performance and key initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with a relevant qualification in Education; B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred.
- 8–12+ years of experience in the education sector, with significant experience in a leadership role.
- Experience as a School Head, Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Head, or equivalent leadership position preferred.
- Strong knowledge of school academic systems, administration, and operations.
- Excellent leadership, team-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CBSE schools will be an added advantage.
- Salary: 70000 to 85000
