As a School Engagement Facilitator, you will play a critical role in supporting primary school teachers in the effective implementation of the Enjoy English program across designated regions or blocks. You will act as a bridge between the program team and schools, ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder engagement, and technical support.
The In this role, some of your responsibilities will include

School
Engagement & Program Implementation
- Conduct regular school visits on a daily and monthly basis to monitor and support effective program implementation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school teachers and administrators to ensure seamless execution of the Enjoy English program.
- Provide in office and remote technical support to teachers as required.
- Assist teachers in planning, scheduling, and delivering program activities in alignment with the academic calendar.
- Ensure timely usage and completion of program content as per delivery guidelines.
2. Stakeholder & Volunteer Coordination
- Support the program team in organizing stakeholder meetings and engagements at the school and district levels.
- Assist in district-level advocacy events and meetings to promote program objectives.
- Coordinate and support volunteers during assessments and other key program activities.
3. Monitoring & Reporting
- Collect, manage,
and verify program-related data from schools on a regular basis.
- Document field activities, observations, and best practices, preparing comprehensive monthly field reports.
- Share insights and actionable feedback with the program team to strengthen implementation strategies and outcomes.
- Strong belief in equity and foundational learning as a right.

Work Experience includes:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Social Work, or related field (preferred).
- Experience working in school or community-based programs is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic technical proficiency to support digital tools used in the program.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region/block.
