About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic School Fundraising Associate to develop fundraising opportunities and partnerships with schools, educational institutions, parents, teachers, students, and school communities. The candidate will introduce the organization's education and social-impact initiatives, coordinate fundraising campaigns, build relationships with schools, and encourage participation in activities that support children and community development.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify schools, educational institutions, and school communities suitable for fundraising partnerships.

· Research and develop a database of potential schools and key decision-makers such as principals, administrators, teachers, and management representatives.

· Contact schools through calls, emails, meetings, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.

· Introduce the organization's mission, vision, education programs, and social-impact initiatives.

· Present suitable fundraising campaigns, educational projects, donation programs, and community initiatives to schools.

· Build professional relationships with school management, principals, teachers, parents, and other relevant stakeholders.

· Coordinate fundraising campaigns, awareness programs, donation drives, student activities, and school-based initiatives.

· Encourage students, parents, teachers, and school communities to participate in fundraising and social-impact activities.

· Prepare and share proposals, presentations,



campaign details, and supporting materials.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with schools and potential partners.

· Coordinate with the internal team for campaign planning, documentation, communication, and implementation.

· Maintain accurate records of schools contacted, meetings, proposals, campaigns, donations, participation, and follow-ups.

· Share project updates and impact information with participating schools and stakeholders.

· Confidence in communicating with school management, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders.

· Good presentation, convincing, networking, and coordination skills.

· Ability to communicate effectively with children and young people in an appropriate and qualified manner.

· Ability to motivate people and promote social-impact initiatives.

· Basic understanding of fundraising, education, community development, or NGO activities.

· Proficiency in email, MS Office/Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and online research tools.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.





· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility

· Graduates, freshers, or experienced candidates can apply.

· Candidates with experience in fundraising, education, sales, marketing, school relations, business development, customer relations, community engagement, CSR, NGO/social-sector activities, or event coordination will be preferred.

· Candidates with strong communication, networking, coordination, and people-engagement skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
