WE’RE HIRING A SCAN-TO-BIM / POINT CLOUD MODELER | INDIA

We are looking for an experienced Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud Modeler to join our team and support international fit-out, renovation, and as-built projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience processing 3D laser scan / point cloud data and converting it into accurate, reliable BIM models and technical drawings.

? Location: India/ preferably new delhi

? Experience: Minimum 5 years in Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud modeling

? Projects: Experience with international projects (Europe, USA, or Middle East) is highly valued

?️ Language: Skilled English (C2)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Process, clean, register, and manage large point cloud datasets
- Convert laser scan data into accurate as-built BIM models
- Develop detailed models in Autodesk Revit, from LOD 200 to LOD 400
- Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation from existing-site conditions
- Coordinate BIM models and perform clash detection using Navisworks
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and consistency between point cloud data and BIM deliverables
- Support renovation, interior fit-out,



architectural, structural, and MEP projects

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Advanced Autodesk Revit modeling skills
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk ReCap Pro, Leica Cyclone, and/or FARO SCENE
- Experience with Navisworks for BIM coordination and clash detection
- Strong understanding of LOD 200–400 requirements
- Proven ability to work with large and complex point clouds
- Good understanding of Scan-to-BIM and as-built modeling workflows

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Candidates from BIM outsourcing companies, Scan-to-BIM specialists, architecture firms, civil engineering consultancies, or MEP engineering companies are particularly welcome.

A degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, BIM, or a related discipline is preferred.
