Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Saviynt IAM Operations Senior Associate (L3) to provide advanced technical support, implementation, configuration, and operational expertise in enterprise Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Saviynt administration, advanced configuration, application onboarding, troubleshooting, integrations, workflows, connectors, APIs, and identity lifecycle management . The role will primarily focus on L2/L3 technical support and implementation activities (70%) , complemented by IAM operations and production support (30%) .

The candidate will act as a technical escalation point for complex IAM issues, drive root-cause analysis, support application onboarding, lead production changes, and collaborate with application owners, infrastructure teams, clients, and Saviynt support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Saviynt L2/L3 Support & Implementation – 70%

- Provide L2/L3 technical support for Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud / IGA in complex enterprise environments.
- Perform advanced Saviynt administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and performance analysis .
- Design and implement Saviynt workflows, rules, analytics, reports, campaigns, connectors, jobs, and automation .
- Manage end-to-end application onboarding , including technical assessment, schema mapping, account and entitlement configuration, reconciliation, provisioning, testing, deployment, rollback, and hypercare.
- Configure and support identity lifecycle management, access requests, role management, SoD controls, certifications, campaigns, and access governance .
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, certification, workflows, connectors, APIs, and data quality .




- Develop and support Saviynt REST API integrations , JSON-based configurations, and automation.
- Lead technical troubleshooting across Saviynt, source systems, target applications, databases, APIs, agents, and network dependencies.
- Review and implement complex production changes, deployment plans, rollback plans, and production-readiness activities.
- Support integration of authoritative sources and target applications into Saviynt.

IAM Operations & Production Support – 30%
- Act as the technical escalation point for Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents , service requests, defects, and production changes.
- Lead technical bridges and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring incidents.
- Define and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) through closure.
- Monitor platform health, failed jobs, queues, connectors, integrations, and SLA trends.
- Coordinate with clients, application owners, infrastructure teams, and Saviynt support for issue resolution.
- Lead vendor escalations by providing relevant logs, traces, evidence, reproducible steps, and business impact.
- Participate in on-call support and major incident management as required.
- Drive automation, monitoring, and continuous service-improvement initiatives to improve platform stability and SLA performance.

Technical Responsibilities
- Perform advanced Saviynt configuration and platform administration .
- Configure and troubleshoot connectors, integrations, APIs, workflows, rules, jobs, analytics, and reports .
- Use SQL for data validation, troubleshooting, analysis, and reconciliation-related activities.
- Analyze application and identity data to identify provisioning, aggregation, reconciliation, and access governance issues.
- Support performance analysis and proactive remediation of platform issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, architecture notes,



operational procedures, support runbooks, known-error records, and audit evidence.
- Review L2 troubleshooting and solutions, provide technical guidance, and ensure adherence to security, audit, and operational standards.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and improve troubleshooting practices and knowledge documentation.

Required Experience
- 5–8 years of overall IAM experience , with significant hands-on Saviynt experience.
- Solid experience in Saviynt Enterprise Identity Cloud / IGA .
- Proven experience in L2/L3 production support and Saviynt implementation .
- Strong hands-on experience in application onboarding and configuration .
- Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise IAM integrations and production issues.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience handling S1/S2 incidents, RCA, problem management, change management, and vendor escalations .
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including application owners, infrastructure teams, databases, and security teams.

Preferred Certification
- Saviynt Certified IGA Qualified (SCIP) – Preferred.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
