We are urgently looking for SAP QA / Testing professionals with hands-on experience in testing SAP Customer Experience solutions. Candidates with experience in any one of the following areas are preferred:
- SAP Commerce Cloud (v2)
- SAP Engagement Cloud / SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement
- SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C
- SAP Customer Data Platform (CDP)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, test data, and test execution reports.
- Identify, document, track, and validate defects.
- Work closely with development, functional, and business teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support release activities.
- Perform testing across enhancements, integrations, and production fixes.
Required Skills
- 3 to 8 years of experience in QA/Testing.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the mentioned SAP CX products.
- Strong understanding of functional and integration testing.
- Experience with defect management and test management tools.
- Positive analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Exposure to test automation is an advantage.
