Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transformation Consultant – CPG & Manufacturing to support large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation and AI-enabled ERP programs .

The consultant will work closely with manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders to drive business process transformation, SAP solution design, fit-gap/fit-to-standard assessments, operating model definition, and transformation roadmaps .

The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise across SAP MM, PP, SD, QM , with a valuable understanding of broader supply chain processes including EWM and TM , along with hands-on SAP ECC/S/4HANA implementation experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business transformation workshops with manufacturing, planning, production, procurement, quality, warehousing, and logistics stakeholders.
- Plan and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops for SAP ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Analyze current-state processes and define future-state business processes and operating models.
- Advise clients on process improvements across:

- Planning

- Procurement

- Materials Management

- Production

- Quality Management
- Sales & Distribution

- Warehousing
- Transportation & Logistics
- Provide functional expertise in SAP MM, PP, SD and QM.
- Collaborate with EWM and TM teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain process integration.
- Support S/4HANA transformation roadmap, solution design, and program governance.
- Engage with senior business stakeholders and support executive-level discussions around supply chain optimization and manufacturing excellence.
- Translate business requirements into SAP-enabled solutions and identify opportunities for process standardization.
- Support integration of Advanced Analytics and AI capabilities with core ERP processes to address business gaps and generate measurable value.
- Identify opportunities for automation, analytics, AI augmentation, and process optimization.
- Support program leadership in transformation planning, prioritization, governance, and delivery.




- Gather, validate, synthesize, document, and communicate business and process information for technical and executive audiences.
- Contribute to internal SAP transformation offerings, accelerators, innovation initiatives, and thought leadership.

Mandatory Skills
- 8+ years of experience working with SAP software products.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience across 2–5 full SAP project lifecycles, preferably including implementation and transformation programs.

- Strong functional expertise in
- SAP MM – Materials Management / Materials Master
- SAP PP – Production Planning
- SAP SD – Sales & Distribution
- SAP QM – Quality Management
- Good understanding of SAP EWM and TM is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes from L1 to L3.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and CPG business processes.
- Experience conducting Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
- Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and future-state process design.
- Ability to engage effectively with business stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strong documentation, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Understanding of SAP transformation and S/4HANA migration/implementation concepts.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in CPG, discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, or related industries.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Exposure to Advanced Analytics, AI/GenAI, automation, or data-driven ERP transformation.
- Understanding of integration between SAP modules and external systems.
- Experience defining transformation roadmaps and target operating models.
- Experience working in large global consulting or transformation programs.

Education
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered.
