Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Lead to lead SAP technical delivery, provide technical guidance to ABAP development teams, and support upcoming SAP HANA initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong ABAP expertise along with experience in technical leadership, delivery management, code quality, troubleshooting, and HANA-optimized development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP technical design and development workstreams.
- Provide technical estimates, planning, guidance, and mentoring to the ABAP development team.
- Review technical specifications, code, test results, and transport readiness.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards and quality governance across development activities.
- Support SAP HANA development, migration, and optimization initiatives.
- Identify and manage technical risks, defects, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.




- Drive technical issue resolution and provide guidance on complex development challenges.
- Monitor workstream progress and ensure timely completion of technical deliverables.
- Support technical planning and delivery management for SAP initiatives.

Required Skills &

Experience :

- 7 - 10 years of overall SAP technical experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ABAP.
- Experience leading SAP development teams or technical workstreams.
- Valuable understanding of SAP HANA-optimized development.
- Strong experience in technical planning and estimation.
- Strong code review and quality governance experience.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing technical delivery and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical deliverables.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or HANA transformation projects.
