Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) + Recruiting Marketing (RMK/CSB) Consultant with 6+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in RCM configuration, RCM XML, business rules, end-to-end implementation, testing, Career Site Builder (CSB), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), integrations, and production support.

The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, designing solutions, configuring SuccessFactors Recruiting modules, conducting testing, supporting deployments, and working closely with HR/TA stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1. SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) - Mandatory

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management end-to-end.
- Configure Job Requisitions, Candidate Applications, Application Statuses, Candidate Profiles and Offer Processes.
- Configure and maintain Recruiting business rules.
- Configure Email Templates, Email Triggers and Notifications.
- Configure Route Maps and approval workflows.
- Configure and maintain Picklists and Recruiting Settings.
- Configure Interview Central and Interview Scheduling.
- Work extensively with RCM XML templates and configurations.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and identify root causes.
- Support enhancements, change requests and production issues.
- Ensure recruiting processes align with business and compliance requirements.

2. Recruiting Marketing / Career Site Builder - Mandatory

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK).
- Configure and maintain Career Site Builder (CSB).
- Build and configure:
- Home Pages
- Content Pages
- Category Pages
- Landing Pages
- Job Pages

- Configure Header, Footer, Navigation and Global Settings.
- Maintain Global Styles, Branding and Site Themes.
- Configure and optimize Search Results and Job Alerts.
- Configure Brand Management and multiple career-site requirements.
- Work with Data Capture Forms.
- Configure/support Social Apply and LinkedIn integrations.




- Troubleshoot career site, job posting and candidate experience issues.

3. End-to-End Implementation

- Participate in complete SuccessFactors Recruiting implementation lifecycle.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Talent Acquisition/HR teams.
- Prepare functional specifications and configuration documents.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Perform system configuration and unit testing.
- Coordinate SIT, UAT and regression testing.
- Support defect analysis, resolution and retesting.
- Prepare deployment and cutover activities.
- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.

4. Configuration & Testing

- Perform configuration, testing and validation across RCM and RMK/CSB.
- Develop detailed test scenarios and test scripts.
- Analyze testing defects and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work with business users during UAT.
- Support data validation and end-to-end process testing.
- Ensure configuration changes are properly documented.

5. Integrations & Transitions

- Understand integrations between SuccessFactors Recruiting and other SuccessFactors modules/external systems.
- Support recruiting-related integration testing and troubleshooting.
- Work on transition, knowledge-transfer and handover activities.
- Review existing configurations and identify gaps during transition projects.
- Prepare configuration documents, process documents and KT materials.
- Support migration of recruiting processes from existing teams/vendors.
- Participate in project transition from implementation to support.

SAP Certification

Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification is highly preferred/required, particularly in:

- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing / related Recruiting solutions

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications are an added advantage.
