Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and configure multiple SuccessFactors modules as per business needs

- Integrate SuccessFactors modules with SAP HCM, third-party, and cloud systems

- Conduct requirements gathering, blueprinting, and GAP analysis

- Customize workflows, business rules, and role-based permissions

- Perform data migration, validations, and testing (SIT/UAT)

- Train HR users and create documentation/user guides

- Provide post-go-live support and handle enhancement requests

- Work closely with functional teams, technical developers, and client stakeholders

Required Skills Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors

- Robust expertise in EC, Compensation, LMS, RCM, ONB, and PMGM

- Certification in at least 2+ SuccessFactors modules

- Experience with integrations using SAP CPI, Dell Boomi, or API-based solutions





- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, IT, or equivalent

- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working with public sector or large enterprise clients

- Knowledge of People Analytics / Workforce Planning

- Familiarity with GDPR, data security, and compliance in HRIS systems

- Experience with hybrid environments (SAP HCM + SuccessFactors)
