We are looking for an SAP SD Consultant with 3-4 years of experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) to support and enhance Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, support, testing, and integration with cross-functional modules.
Experience in supporting global SAP environments and working with business users across different regions will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain SAP SD processes and configurations in production and project environments.
- Analyze and resolve day-to-day SAP SD issues related to Order-to-Cash processes.
- Work closely with business users to understand requirements and provide effective SAP solutions.
- Assist in the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP SD enhancements.
- Support integration between SAP SD and other modules such as FI, MM, and PP.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments and enhancements.
- Conduct system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support go-live activities.
- Create and maintain process documentation, test scripts, and training materials.
- Provide end-user support and knowledge transfer for process changes and system enhancements.
