- 5+ years SAP consulting with 2+ full-lifecycle implementations and hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance configuration responsibility;
- At least 2 on S/4HANA (1909 or later) including Asset Management scope.
- Deep expertise across the PM object model: functional locations, equipment master and hierarchies, classification, maintenance BOMs, task lists, maintenance plans and items, notifications and work orders.
- Proven design and implementation of preventive and counter/performance-based maintenance programs from a low-maturity or non-existent baseline.
- Hands-on PMQM integrated calibration / test equipment management. Downtime, malfunction and breakdown capture designed to a standard sufficient to support credible OEE and availability reporting.
- Solid PM integration knowledge with PP / PP-DS (capacity and downtime), MM (spare parts) and CO (maintenance cost settlement).
- Ability to establish requirements where the client has little formal documentation, and to deploy maintenance execution to technicians moving off paper.
