Job Purpose The SAP MM & SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration Functional Consultant will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP MM and SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) solutions across the enterprise. The role will drive procurement and supplier collaboration transformation by improving supplier engagement, PO collaboration, ASN processing, inventory visibility, transaction transparency, and end-to-end supply chain efficiency.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, Product Owners, and technical teams to deliver scalable, integrated, and business-aligned solutions while driving process optimization, supplier onboarding, integration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities SAP MM Functional Consulting

- Configure, implement, enhance, and support SAP MM processes covering:

- Purchasing
- Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders

- Goods Receipt

- Inventory Management

- Material Master

- Invoice Verification
- End-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes
- Support SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement, and production support activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Design SAP MM solutions aligned with business processes and SAP best practices.

SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration
- Implement and support SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) functionalities, including:

- PO collaboration

- Supplier confirmations

- Advanced Shipping Notices (ASN)

- Inventory collaboration

- Invoice collaboration

- Supplier transaction workflows
- Drive supplier onboarding and enablement onto SAP Ariba SCC.




- Work with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure process alignment and successful adoption of collaboration solutions.
- Identify opportunities to improve supplier visibility, collaboration, transaction transparency, and supply chain efficiency.

Integration & Technical Collaboration
- Manage and support integrations between SAP ERP, SAP Ariba SCC, and external supplier systems.
- Work with EDI, API, IDoc, and B2B integration mechanisms.
- Coordinate with technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, development activities, and IDoc processing.
- Troubleshoot integration and transaction issues and coordinate resolution with relevant technical and business teams.
- Support integration across SAP modules including FI, SD, WM/EWM, and PP to ensure end-to-end process integration.

Business Analysis & Solution Delivery
- Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Conduct workshops and process discussions with business users and suppliers.
- Develop functional specifications, process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and deployment activities.
- Provide functional guidance and ensure solutions meet business requirements and agreed standards.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 functional support for SAP MM and Ariba SCC solutions.
- Investigate and resolve production issues within defined SLA timelines.
- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate corrective actions for recurring issues.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement and supplier collaboration.
- Support user training, knowledge-transfer sessions, and adoption initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to organizational governance, SAP standards, and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in IT,



Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- 7+ years of experience in SAP MM functional consulting, with strong expertise in procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM and SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end procurement and Procure-to-Pay processes.
