Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Manager with solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and SAP Ariba. The candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, integration, cutover, and hypercare activities.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, the ability to work independently, and experience in guiding junior consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis with clients.
- Design and configure SAP MM solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Material Master, Valuation, and Procurement.
- Configure purchasing processes including PR, RFQ, PO, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Source Determination, and Release Strategies.
- Handle Inventory Management, Goods Movements, Physical Inventory, STO, Special Stocks, and Stock Transfers.
- Configure Logistics Invoice Verification, GR/IR, ERS, tolerance keys, and invoice blocking.
- Work on Material Master, Business Partner/Vendor, Purchasing Info Records, Source Lists, and Quota Arrangements.
- Configure Pricing, Tax, Account Determination (OBYC), Split Valuation, Batch Management, and MRP-related parameters.
- Manage MM integration with FI, SD, PP, QM, and other SAP modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW developments.
- Prepare test cases and support SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect resolution, and deployment.
- Perform MM data migration covering Material Master, Business Partner/Vendor, Info Records, Source Lists, Open POs, and Stock Balances.
- Support S/4HANA Migration Cockpit / LTMC / LTMOM activities.
- Configure and support SAP Ariba–S/4HANA integration, including master data and transaction flows.
- Support Ariba Sourcing, Contracts,



Buying & Invoicing, Guided Buying, and SLP processes.
- Work with CIG / SAP Integration Suite / CPI for Ariba integration and troubleshoot failed transactions.
- Support cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Guide and mentor junior SAP MM/Ariba consultants.
- Contribute to proposals, RFPs, estimations, and practice development activities.

Mandatory Skills
- 8–12 years of SAP MM experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Expertise in Purchasing, Inventory Management, Logistics Invoice Verification, and Material Master.
- Strong knowledge of MM-FI and MM-SD integration.
- Hands-on experience in SAP MM configuration.
- Experience with Pricing, Tax, OBYC, Account Determination, Split Valuation, and Batch Management.
- Experience with S/4HANA simplification items, Business Partner, Material Ledger, and Fiori.
- Hands-on experience with SAP data migration using Migration Cockpit / LTMC / LTMOM.
- Strong SAP Ariba implementation/integration experience.
- Experience in at least one or more Ariba solutions such as:
- Ariba Sourcing
- Ariba Contracts
- Buying & Invoicing
- Guided Buying
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)
- Experience with Ariba–S/4HANA integration using CIG / CPI / SAP Integration Suite.
- Knowledge of cXML, master data replication, transaction monitoring, and error handling.
- Minimum 4 full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
- At least 1–2 S/4HANA implementation/migration projects.




- At least one SAP Ariba implementation or integration project.
- Good knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with SAP Business Network for Supply Chain.
- Exposure to Coupa or Jaggaer.
- SAP Ariba certification.
- Experience in Ariba Spend Analysis or Supply Chain Collaboration.
- Knowledge of Indian GST, e-invoicing, and e-way bill requirements.
- Exposure to SAP BTP and SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Knowledge of Clean Core and SAP extensibility principles.
- Basic ABAP debugging knowledge.
- Experience in global SAP rollouts, template development, and localization.
- Big 4, Global SI, or large consulting organization experience.
- MBA or postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain/Business is an advantage.
- SAP MM, S/4HANA Procurement, or Ariba certification is an advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹615,056.20 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
