Role: SAP MDG (Master Data Governance ) Consultant

Must Have skills:

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to master data governance.
- Configure and maintain SAP MDG data models, workflows, validations, and derivations.
- Design and implement master data governance processes.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments.
- Support integration between SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA/ECC systems.
- Participate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities.
- Conduct end-user training and knowledge transfer sessions. 8. Develop and maintain process documentation and user manuals.

Good to have skills:

- Provide L1, L2, and L3 support for SAP MDG applications.
- Monitor and resolve incidents, service requests,



and production issues within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support transport management and deployment activities.
- Coordinate with business users and cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
- Monitor data quality and governance compliance.
- Participate in release and change management activities.
- Maintain support documentation and issue logs.

Responsibilities:

- Robust experience in SAP MDG implementation and support.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP MDG Data Modeling.
- Experience with Change Request Management and Workflow Configuration.
- Knowledge of BRF+ rules, validations, and derivations.
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA and ECC integration.
- Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
