Description

- Hands on experience and subject matter experts on SAP ISU Device Management




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible for managing day to day ISU operations and troubleshooting and ability to provide workarounds while RCA is in process
- understanding on SAP batch jobs and scheduling
- familiarity with SAP ISU integration with ither SAP modules and external systems
- Identify and propose process improvements
- collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure business goals and operations are met
- Effective communication
- Robust Incident management process exposure or awareness
