Responsibilities:

- Implement and support SAP HCM modules: OM, PA, Time Management, Payroll, ESS/MSS
- Configure and maintain employee master data, organizational structure, and payroll settings
- Design and execute SAP HCM solutions based on business requirements
- Collaborate with clients on requirement gathering, blueprinting, and implementation
- Provide support for SAP HCM processes and resolve user issues
- Ensure compliance with statutory and business-specific regulations
- Conduct end-user training, UAT sessions, and create documentation

Requirements:

- 1+ year of experience as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant
- Hands-on expertise in OM, PA, Time Management, and Indian Payroll
- Good knowledge of SAP HR Infotypes, schemas, and rules
- Familiarity with SAP ESS/MSS and Fiori-based applications
- Understanding of HR business processes and statutory compliance
- Robust analytical, documentation,



and client-facing skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM on HANA
- Experience in writing functional specs and working with ABAP developers
- Knowledge of SAP integration with other modules (FI, MM)
- Familiarity with SAP BTP or Workflow enhancements

Employment Type: Full-Time Work Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Mon Fri)

Salary: As per industry standards

Work Mode: On-site (New Delhi office)
