We are hiring an experienced SAP Group Reporting Consultant to lead consolidation design and implementation for finance and controllership teams. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting configuration, financial consolidation, and client-facing delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead consolidation process design workshops with finance and controllership teams
- Configure and roll out SAP Group Reporting (end-to-end)
- Handle consolidation, elimination, and group close processes
- Convert business pain points into user stories and configuration specs
- Manage data collection (flexible upload, real-time S/4HANA integration, matrix consolidation)
- Support currency translation, equity pickup, and ownership structure logic
- Own UAT and parallel-run cycles during cutover




- Present consolidation designs to CFO-level stakeholders

Must-Have Skills:

- 6+ years of SAP consulting experience with 2+ end-to-end Group Reporting implementations
- Solid accounting knowledge (consolidated statements, intercompany eliminations, minority interest, currency translation)
- SAP Group Reporting Data Collection & Currency Translation configuration
- Integration knowledge between Group Reporting and Central Finance/S/4HANA GL
- Excel/reporting-layer skills for reconciliation and validation

Good to Have:

- Big 4 / consulting delivery background
- SAP Group Reporting certification
- Exposure to AI tools (Claude, Gemini) for reconciliation/documentation automation
- Financial statement version design and reporting hierarchy experience
