- Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above.
- Be involved in the financial metrics.
- Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
- Contribute to the development of your own and teams technical acumen.
- Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
- Adherence to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management and problem management.
- Develop new skills and strategies to solve complex technical challenges.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong 6+ years experience in End-to-End FICO functional knowledge and technical acumen for SAP ECC
- Minimum 1 full life cycle implementations (prior experience defining/implementing worldwide solutions across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project workplace) including hands-on design and configuration
- Experience in Support engagements which includes defect resolution, Incident & release management in a multi-vendor and multi-geography environment for SAP ECC implementation
- Strong experience as an SAP FSCM Functional Consultant or a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SAP FSCM modules such as Credit Management, Collections Management, and Dispute Management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and supply chain management.
