SAP S/4 HANA Finance Lead consultant

Experience: 8+ Years of relevant SAP FICO experience

Job Summary: Experienced Senior SAP Finance Consultant with solid exposure to S/4HANA FICO, Central Finance (CFIN) and SAP S/4HANA FSCM. The role requires hands-on expertise across RTR, OTC, PTP, Asset Accounting, and Controlling, along with the ability to work independently on Global Accounting Platform Projects (GAPP), manage testing cycles, and support cutover, hyper care, and BAU transitions in complex, multi-location environments.

Primary Skills (Mandatory)

- 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO
- Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation projects
- Mandatory experience on S/4HANA Finance / Central Finance (CFIN)
- Strong hands-on experience in:

- FI/CO configurations and customizations
- Interfaces and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems
- Solid knowledge of: Withholding Tax (WHT), Electronic Bank Statements (EBS), Automatic Payment program (APP-F110, FBZP, DMEEX) and Month-End Closing Processes
- Experience with Analysis Office (AO) and SAP Fiori Reporting tools
- Proven experience working in multi-location / global projects with multiple reporting hierarchies
- Extended Module-SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management)
- Credit Management,



Collections Management and Dispute Management.

Good-to-Have Skills

- SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities & Duties

- Own and deliver assigned functional deliverables independently with a proactive (go-getter) approach
- Prepare and maintain design documents, functional specifications, and solution documentation
- Execute and document: Unit Testing (UT), System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Prepare and execute cutover and data migration activities for assigned FI/CO areas
- Support hyper care phase, including incident resolution and BAU transition
- Prepare test scripts, KUT documents, and related testing artifacts
- Provide accurate and timely status reports to the Offshore Lead / Project Manager
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process integration
